Tess has a Bachelor of Arts degree and has been decorating for over 15 years. She has also owned, operated and designed four restaurants. She shares the same passion and talent Antonia has for all types of design. She lives in Clermont with her husband and two Shih Tzu's and loves to explore Florida springs and beaches in her free time.
Nicole ceron
Nicole has grown with Belle Decor & Design from Director of Marketing to our current Creative Director. In her current role, she loves bringing our clients vision to life by creating custom design boards.
We’re very excited to announce that Nicole is also a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Elite Partners III Realty. In Nicole’s pastime she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends, family & her two dogs.

Antonia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She has always had a talent and passion for design of all types. She currently lives in Clermont and enjoys restoring aged furniture into vintage chic pieces and going to local parks with her three dogs. She also practices yoga and Muay Thai.

Renovation team
LCG Home Solutions opened in Orlando in 2013. Lee Gagliano and his team focus on home renovations from new flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, fireplace/TV focus walls, to full home renovations. His team consists of (left to right) Julien Ceron, himself, Chris Gagliano, and Juan Bonini. His business is based on honesty, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship. During his free time Lee enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Sabina, and his 3 grandchildren.
